BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS OF DIRECTORS

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr Zhang Zhao Dong, is the Chairman and an executive director of the Company. He is also an executive director of Founder Holdings Limited, the President and an executive director of Peking University Founder Group Company Limited, and an executive director of Founder Technology Group Corporation. Mr Zhang graduated from the Department of Geophysics at Peking University in 1977 and is a research fellow at Peking University.

Mr Chen Geng, is the President and an executive director of the Company. Mr Chen graduated from Northwest University with a bachelor degree in Executive Management and obtained an EMBA degree from Peking University Guanghua School of Management. Mr Chen is also an Economist in the People's Republic of China. Before joining the Group in 2005, he was a Vice-President of a subsidiary of Peking University Founder Group Company Limited ("Peking Founder") and worked in various investment companies in the People's Republic of China. Peking Founder is the controlling shareholder of Founder Holdings Limited, the controlling shareholder of the Company. He has extensive experience in finance and management. Mr Chen is responsible for the overall strategic planning and development of the Company.

Mr Xia Yang Jun, is an executive director of the Company. He is also the President of Founder China Partners, a Vice-President of Peking University Founder Group Company Limited. Mr Xia graduated from Peking University Guanghua School of Management with an EMBA degree. He is also an Economist and Certified Public Accountant in the People's Republic of China.

Mr Xie Ke Hai, is an executive director of the Company and a Vice-President of Peking University Founder Group Company Limited. Mr Xie graduated from University of Science & Technology Beijing and obtained a master degree. He is also the director of a number of associated corporations of Peking University Founder Group Company Limited. He has over 10 years of experience in human resources.

Mr Zheng Fu Shuang, is the sole director and sole shareholder of Shining Wisdom Group Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company. Mr Zheng is also the Chairman of (Newauto Silicon Valley Video Technology Co., Ltd.) and (Newauto Digital Video Co., Ltd.) both of which are principally engaged in the production, selling and research and development of digital video transmission products. Mr Zheng graduated from the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences with a master's degree in Engineering, and Peking University Guanghua School of Management with an executive master's degree in Business Administration. Mr Zheng has over 15 years' experience in the technology industry in the People's Republic of China. Mr Zheng was awarded the "Best Technology Entrepreneur of Private Enterprise in China" and "Gold Medal of Beijing Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs Contest" in 2004.

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr Li Fat Chung, is a partner of Chan, Li, Law & Co., Certified Public Accountants, in Hong Kong. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Mr Li received a master degree in Business Administration from University of Warwick, England.

Ms Wong Lam Kit Yee, is a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) in Hong Kong. She is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms Wong has extensive experience in auditing and accounting.

Ms Cao Qian, is a Certified Public Accountant in the People's Republic of China. Ms Cao graduated from the Central University of Finance & Economics and obtained a bachelor degree in finance and revenue professional. Ms Cao also received her EMBA degree from Peking University Guanghua School of Management. Ms Cao is currently the Chief Financial Officer of China Travel Service Hotel Corporation. Ms Cao has extensive experience in auditing, accounting and financial management.
